In 2008, Allan has a total of 31 transactions in a very tough market which made him the leading agent in the RE/MAX Estates office. He has lived in Southwest Florida since 1980 and in the San Carlos Park/Estero area since 1986. It is this area that most of Allan's business comes from and his ability to market this area is indicative of his knowledge.
Allan grew up in a small town in Missouri, attended the University of Missouri before enlisting in the USAF and serving a year in Vietnam. He is an active member of the Estero United Methodist Church and is very involved in Kairos, a prison ministry. He is married to Cindy and they have two children. Guy,who will be graduating from FGCU in 2010 and Taylor who will be graduating from FSU in 2010
Peggy Williams is a licensed Florida Real Estate Broker/Associate who brings to Southwest Florida real estate a wealth of personal and professional experience having been employed in the past as a Broker and Corporate Sales Trainer. She presently represents the markets of Fort Myers, Fort Myers Beach, Cape Coral, Estero, Bonita Springs and Naples.
Peggy grew up in Columbus, Ohio, attended The Ohio State University and for several years owned Wren Hill Interiors in Upper Arlington before joining HER as a Realtor.
Peggy found that each business as diverse as they may seem actually share many common threads. Homes have key style elements that make them unique. Peggy found that by coupling her interior design expertise with real estate she is able to give an added benefit to sellers by advising them on how to “stage” their home and to buyers with suggestions on how to change the appearance of a home to suit their needs.
Peggy is dedicated to assisting her clients. She prides herself on first listening to what her clients want and then assisting them to realize their dream of living the Florida Lifestyle.
Peggy is married to John and they have three married sons and a daughter all with spouses and a total of 6 grandchildren.
